Teacher, visionary, mentor, and community builder, Saraswati Om has been sharing the teachings of yoga and meditation for over two decades. A lifelong student of yoga, sound healing, and Ayurveda, she is a Crystal Tones®️ authorized distributor and sound healing facilitator, deeply attuned to the transformative power of crystal alchemy bowls and gongs. Now based in the majestic landscapes of Iceland, her work continues to touch lives across the globe.
Saraswati has collaborated with brands such as Blue Lagoon, Apple, and Lululemon, and has been featured in Yoga Journal and The Post-Standard. She leads classes, retreats, sound healing training, ceremonies, and workshops internationally and through her online platform. Originally from Central New York, she founded the region’s first Yoga, Wellness & Sound Center, holding space for 17 years and training yoga teachers, sound healers, and ceremonial practitioners from around the world.
She is a Senior Dharma Yoga teacher, having studied extensively with living yoga master Sri Dharma Mittra, and completing over 1,000 hours of training in the Vedic Sciences — including Yoga, Ayurveda, and Nada Yoga.
Saraswati’s work is a fusion of ancient wisdom and intuitive healing, grounded in devotion and service to the global community.
